If you have an emergency situation DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL as emails may not be received in a timely manner; call (800) 786-4521 so someone can assist you ASAP.

Please note: Regular dispatch hours are 7am - 5pm CST. There is a dispatcher on call afterhours FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY (i.e. large shortages, product refusals, breakdowns, etc.).

Please use care when calling afterhours; the on-call dispatchers are the same people that work in the office during the day, so afterhours they are on their personal time (which usually includes sleeping from around 10pm to 6am!).

Accounting

Accounting can be reached by calling (800) 786-4521 from 8am - 5pm CST.

Please note: QuickPays are issued within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of original Bills of Lading and are only issued during the accounting business hours of 8am - 5pm.
